1) Promotion overview
The FluxPose VRChat NYE 2026 Photo Contest (the “Promotion”) is a skill-based photo contest run on X (formerly Twitter) and Bluesky. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with X or Bluesky. X’s promotion guidelines apply.
2) Entry period
The Promotion begins when the Organizer publishes the announcement post on X and Bluesky (the “Post”) and ends on January 7, 2026 at 16:00 CET (the “Entry Period”). Entries submitted after the Entry Period ends are void.
3) Eligibility
You may enter if:
- You are 18+ (or the age of majority where you live, whichever is higher).
- You have an X or Bluesky account in good standing and a VRChat account.
- You are not an employee, contractor, officer, or immediate family/household member of the Organizer.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. The Organizer may limit eligibility to countries it can reasonably ship to (see Section 8).
4) How to enter
To enter during the Entry Period:
- Create a VRChat selfie taken in the official VRChat New Years Eve 2026 world featuring the official FluxPose poster clearly visible.
- On X or BlueSky, quote repost the Organizer’s Post and include the selfie image/video in your quote repost.
- In the text of your quote repost, include @FluxPose (so we can reliably see it), and optionally #FluxPoseContest.
- Additionally, you must follow @FluxPose at the time we select the winner and when we deliver the prize.
- Entry limits / anti-spam: Limit one (1) entry per person. Do not use multiple accounts to enter, and do not post duplicate or near-duplicate entries repeatedly. Entries using multiple accounts or spam behavior may be disqualified, consistent with X’s and Bluesky’s promotion guidance.
5) Content requirements (your photo/video)
Your entry must:
- Be your original capture (not copied from someone else).
- Be safe for work and not include illegal, hateful, or harassing content.
- Respect others’ privacy and VRChat’s Community Guidelines.
- Not include third-party IP in a way that violates rights (e.g., copyrighted images/music as the main focus).
- Not depict dangerous behavior.
The Organizer may disqualify any entry it reasonably believes violates these rules or platform policies.
6) Winner selection (judging)
This is a skill contest. After the Entry Period ends, the Organizer will choose one (1) winner from all eligible entries based on overall creativity and how well the FluxPose poster is featured.
The Organizer’s decision is final.
7) Winner announcement & verification
We will announce the winner on January 7, 2026 at ~16:00 CET via the @FluxPose account.
We will contact the winner by X or Bluesky direct message (DM) and/or by reply from @FluxPose or @fluxpose.bsky.social. The winner must respond within 72 hours and provide any information needed for shipping and eligibility verification (e.g., name, address, phone for courier if required, and confirmation of age).
If the winner does not respond in time, is ineligible, or cannot accept delivery, we may select an alternate winner using the same judging criteria.
8) Prize
Prize: One (1) FluxPose Core Kit.
Approximate retail value (ARV): €479.
Shipping: The Organizer will ship to the winner’s provided address in eligible countries/regions. The Organizer may decline shipping to locations at its own discretion.
Customs / VAT / import fees: Unless required by law, the winner is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or brokerage fees charged by their country.
Substitution: The Organizer may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable or is agreed otherwise.
9) Taxes
The winner is responsible for any taxes associated with receiving the prize.
If the winner is tax-resident in Spain (or if Spanish withholding rules apply), the Organizer may be required to perform a withholding/“ingreso a cuenta” on the prize according to applicable law, and may request additional information to comply. Spanish rules for prize withholding in contests/sweepstakes are set out in the IRPF framework (e.g., retention rate references in the IRPF law provisions on prizes).
10) Publicity & content license
By submitting an entry, you grant the Organizer a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to repost, share, and display your entry (including your X or Bluesky handle and the attached media) for Promotion-related and FluxPose marketing purposes (e.g., announcing winners, showcasing entries) on social media and websites.
You represent that you have the rights needed to grant this license.
11) Privacy
The Organizer will process personal data for the purposes of administering the Promotion (e.g., verifying eligibility, contacting the winner, shipping the prize). Data collected may include: X/Bluesky handle, entry content, and winner shipping details.
We will only collect what is necessary and retain it only as long as needed to run the Promotion and meet legal/accounting obligations. (For EU/EEA participants, you may have rights of access, correction, or deletion under applicable data protection law.)

12) Disclaimers & limitation of liability
Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for: entries that are lost, late, misdirected, or not visible due to platform issues; VRChat world changes, downtime, or poster placement changes; technical failures, network issues, or account privacy settings preventing entry visibility.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer’s liability is limited to the ARV of the prize.
13) Rights to modify or cancel
If fraud, abuse, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, the Organizer may modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion.
14) Governing law
These Official Rules are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be handled in the courts of Logroño, unless mandatory consumer law states otherwise.
